Classes

BALLET TECHNIQUE AND POINTE (TOE)
  • ​Through carefully graded classes from beginner to advanced, students develop balance and poise. They may add pointe classes when they meet the age, training, and ability requirements.​
BALLET/GYMNASTICS
TAP
  • ​​Students learn techniques, styles, and routines popular in musical theater, TV, and film, moving from beginning to advanced classes. Both Rhythm & Broadway Tap styles.
JAZZ
  • Jazz is a high-energy class that builds strength, coordination, and style.
    Dancers learn fun, expressive routines set to upbeat, popular music.
HIP HOP
  • ​Varied styles of movement, enhanced by today's’ contemporary music, and choreography from film, TV, and music videos are presented.
CONTEMPORARY/LYRICAL DANCE
  • ​Lyrical/ Contemporary Dance is a fusion of Ballet and Jazz Dance techniques. Dancers use motion to interpret the music and tell a story through the movement made.
BROADWAY MUSICAL THEATER
  • ​Pre-teens and teens focus on theatre dance, singing, acting, and improvisation. Choreography, design, make-up and audition strategies are studied.
DANCE AND EXERCISE FOR CHILDREN & ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
  • ​Students develop self-confidence and increased body control through small classes, structured and adapted according to individual needs.
TOTS TWO
  • ​Toddlers explore musically with dance movement, socialize with a parent nearby. Fine and gross motor skills are a focus of this program.
TOT & MOM DANCE
  • ​​2-3 year olds begin to separate from parents, ready to explore dance, gymnastics, through music, song, utilizing bubbles, balls, tunnels, and parachutes.
DANCE, MUSIC & STORIES ALTOGETHER (18MOS +)
  • ​​Lively activities and thoughtful guidance from Parents/Caregivers. Children interact with known songs, rhythms, chants, dance movements, instruments,& appropriate books, all of which stimulate learning.
DANCE/GYM
  • ​ages 3-4 Pre-ballet-develops stamina, balance, flexibility and control, combined with creative movement & floor gymnastics.
LOW AEROBIC EXERCISE AND STRETCH/ PILATES STYLE PROGRAMS
  • ​Two different complete body conditioning activities designed for teens and adults, each working at individual energy levels, under proper guidance. Develops stamina, strength through the use of weights, in an invigorating, relaxed atmosphere.
